A community-based housing association that has served Nitshill and the surrounding areas for almost forty years.
Nitshill is one of the three main areas where we provide homes, alongside Craigbank/Househillwood and Priesthill. We have been working here for almost four decades, and the connection runs deep: our office is on Peat Road, within easy reach of the homes we look after, and many of our staff live locally too.
Being rooted in one place means we know the area, the people, and the things that matter here. It is why our work goes beyond bricks and mortar into the life of the neighbourhood.
Our work in Nitshill goes well beyond housing. Here are some of the projects and partnerships we are part of locally.
We have a strong presence in Nitshill, with a mix of houses and flats, and new developments adding more homes to the area.
Open to the whole community, not just our tenants. A day of activities, food and music that brings the neighbourhood together each year.
We work with the Village Storytelling Centre on a dementia research project, reflecting the needs of our ageing community in the area.
