Pollok is home to most of the people we house. We have been working here for four decades, and the connection runs deep: our office is on Peat Road, within walking distance of the homes we look after, and many of our staff live locally too.
Being rooted in one place means we know the area, the people, and the things that matter here. It is why our work goes beyond bricks and mortar into the life of the neighbourhood.
Our work in the area goes well beyond housing. Here are some of the projects and partnerships we are part of locally.
The majority of our 1,045 homes are here in Pollok, a mix of houses and flats, with new developments adding more all the time.
Open to the whole Pollok community, not just our tenants. A day of activities, food and music that brings the neighbourhood together each year.
We work with the Village Storytelling Centre on a dementia research project, reflecting the needs of our ageing community in the area.
